Cross stitching is a passionate hobby of mine. Here I share with you some of the projects I've worked on along with the pleasures and challenges this hobby has given me. House and Home is where my heart is; I'll share my favorite recipes, household tips and any thing else that I might think falls under this category. I'll share some of my Observations on anything that I might take interest in. You might not always agree with my opinions but that is all they will be; just my opinions. In the Poetry category I share with you some of my favorite poems and quotes. I might from time to time share why and how these poems and quotes have touched my life. We all have Occasions in our lives that bring us great joy; I will share some of mine with you. Inspiration is a powerful force that can really help to change our lives. Here I share with you some of my favorite stories of inspiration. We all have Dreams; not all our dreams come true but as one dream fades another takes its place. We should never stop dreaming; they allow us to seek new ideas, challenges and opportunities. Dreams give us hope. I believe in Angels. I will share with you stories that I have read or heard about Angels and my own personal experiences with them. Life is a journey; sometimes it brings challenges where we must climb the steepest of hills or we're stuck in darkest of valleys. We must never give up hope that one day the climb up that hill will be worth the journey and the valley would soon be filled with sunshine, lush green grass and flowers. I share with you stories of the challenges in life. We all from time to time talk about the good old days. In the Old Times category I write about some of the things I did as a child of the fifties and sixties along with other stories that I've heard and read about. The old times were not always the good old days but for the most part they were the time in which the foundation of our country was built. We need to remember and honor the hard working pioneers of our country and preserve the freedoms and liberties that they worked and fought for.
